Comments from our audience:
Well done again Coro Nostro! An excellent performance of sacred music.
I always enjoy the performances and will certainly continue to attend in the future.

From an anonymous supporter:
Never heard this choir before - what have I missed?! Sublime singing, great programme, witty and informative introductions. As probably the only member of the audience not related to anyone performing or a member of Bishop St Methodist Church and therefore without company during the interval, I was taken pity on by one of your charming sopranos and asked if I was enjoying the concert. The icing on the cake.

Dear Dr Kenny,
I write to say how much I enjoyed ‘Music for a May Night’ on 16 May. Leicester is a city that has many choirs and some of these are extremely good. Coro Nostro is energetic, precise, and gives careful performances of music the singers deeply understand. You are clearly challenging to be the top local choir through the way create and realise your programmes! Please send my best wishes to the choir members, and I look forward to your Bishop St concert on 13 June.
Yours sincerely,
Andy Brooks
Dear Rob,
What a splendid choir you have! It was delightful to hear the beautiful mellow
tone they produced, they really listen to each other and sing together, I got a
real sense of the commitment and hard work which underpins such a wonderful
performance. It's very difficult to make such music seamless and flowing, to
make such incredibly complex material seem simple. The warmth of the sound they
made wrapped me up in an eiderdown of sheer pleasure. It was fantastic to see
how much they enjoyed themselves too. You didn't give them an easy programme
either, they handled the polyphony with such sensitivity. Please thank them very
much for me. You and they gave us a terrific evening's entertainment.
Love and thanks, Pam
"I thought the whole programme was brilliantly conceived and was most enjoyable from every point of view." (About the Choral Pageant concert October 2005)
